We believe in the power of physical fitness to elevate your game. There are many ways of swinging a golf club and there is an efficient way for everyone, but that is based on what you can physically do.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

STEP 1

BOOK A TPI MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

Every golfer starts with a detailed assessment from the Titleist Performance Institute, a critical first step in identifying and addressing any movement limitations that might be affecting your golf swing.

This thorough evaluation provides an important analysis into your body's unique mechanics, paired with tailored exercises designed to give you the proper foundations from which to build on.

STEP 2

PROJCT GOLF

FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM

The Foundations Program at PROJCT Golf is split into 3 areas and is meticulously designed to guide golfers through the fundamental skills of mobility, stability, strength, speed, and power training that directly translate to the golf course.

Level 1

Stability

Stability plays a major roll in our golf swing. Being able to understand where that stability comes from is crucial to creating a consistent and repeatable swing. Once your body trusts itself and knows it can stabilize properly, you'll start to move and feel better on a daily basis.

Level 2

Positional Strength

Heading into level 2, we focus on building strength in different planes of motion. Teaching you how to use your lower body more effectively leading to a better turn and side bend so you can use the ground and transfer your weight more efficiently through your swing.

Level 3

Speed and Power

Having established a solid foundation of strength and stability, level 3 is all about taking that governor off. Whether you're aiming for more distance on the tee or just want to stay at the top of your game, this phase is crucial to provide that extra gear precisely when you need it on the course, ensuring you don't tire out and lose power as the round progresses.

I opened PROJCT Athletics in the fall of 2017. I wanted the gym to be more than just burning calories and losing weight. I wanted it to be a collaboration between one or more people, working to improve upon or create something new. That’s how I want my athletes to view their fitness and every aspect of life. Making progress, one day at a time, towards the person and life they hope to create.

I have been specializing in Golf Performance through TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) for over a decade now and created the PROJCT Golf program 6 years a go. My focus on golf has driven my desire for movement quality and efficiency in everyone that steps in the gym. I want my athletes to think function first. How well are you moving today and what changes do you need to make to perform at your highest level on a daily basis.

CAM ELLINGSON

PROJCT GOLF PERFORMANCE COACH

As a lifelong athlete with a background in competitive hockey and lacrosse, fitness and training have always been a huge part of my life. However, it was the game of golf that captured my interest and quickly evolved from an off-season interest to a professional passion in golf performance training.

Becoming TPI certified and specializing in golf performance turned out to be one of the most rewarding and career-defining choices I've made, leading me to my current position at The PROJCT. I decided to try my hand at competing in Amateur Long Drive Competitions, which lead to representing Canada in the Amateur World Championships in 2021.

My background in long drive, paired with my training experience, uniquely positions me to guide my golfers in unlocking yardage and increasing club head speed on the golf course. Regardless of your fitness goals, I am excited to join you on your journey, helping you crush your goals and celebrating your progress together!
